These programs are a fun way to strengthen muscles, and improve flexibility, posture and alignment. It is also a fantastic compliment to your regular workouts.
We focus on core postural muscles, control, balance and breath, resulting in improved muscle tone, flexibility, posture and alignment.

Touting both its benefits and joys, our instructors are hugely passionate. Several of our instructors found Pilates or Yoga when rehabilitating from an injury, and have firsthand experience with the benefits it can provide. Their motivating and friendly approach easily adapts to every skill level, injury and capability.

Private Pilates Reformer Sessions

Discover the benefits of exercising on the Pilates Reformer, a key apparatus in the Pilates Method. The reformer adds resistance to Pilates Method exercises and can provide support to beginners and challenges to more advanced students. Exercise on our state-of-the-art Stott Reformer and develop core strength, coordination and flexibility within this non-impact system of tension springs, ropes, poles and mats.  Individual instruction is provided for those who would like an introduction to the Pilates Reformer or for those who wish to focus on individual needs.

Small group classes offer a thorough introduction to our program that can be easily adjusted as your confidence and skills grow.  The small size of our classes results in personalized feedback and instruction to help you excel. These are the classes we're currently offering:

Pilates For Your Arms, Buns and Abs

Yes, there will be push-ups. Yes, there will be squats, but that's just the tip of the iceberg. Get your back-end back up with this hour-long, low-impact mat class. We will incorporate all the toys (big balls, resistance bands, weighted balls, BOSU, etc.)to make it burn in all the right places.

Beginning Pilates Sculpting

This basic Pilates mat class will teach you all the fundamentals.  Learn how to exercise your core muscles properly, sit taller and look leaner. We'll teach you fun exercises you can do anywhere, at any time! This class is great for those of you who want to challenge your current workout routine or have never done Pilates or are new to exercise. Bring a friend and start learning Pilates together!

Core Sculpting
Get the core benefits of Pilates with addition of resistance to define your arms and legs. This mat class will utilize proprs, such as rings, toning balls, flex bands and foam rollers to achieve a total body workout. The class is suitable for intermediate and advanced levels.

Sivananda Yoga

Achieve perfect balance between muscle engagement and relaxation, based on the 12 basic postures and their variations. This Sivananda yoga comes from the traditional Hatha Yoga and includes Pranayama (control of breathing). The small class size means lots of individual attention. The class is suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners.

Vinaysa Yoga for Athletes

Follow your breath through this energetic vinyasa practice that will keep your heart pumping and your body moving. Challenge your abality to flow from posture to posture. An excellent class for the athletic-minded!

Yoga: Hips, Back and More
This class includes Yoga poses that go deep and safely into the hips, back and knees, which can suffer from habitual stress and benefit from gaining strength and flexibility. The class uses a noninvasive approach for the spinal column while developing an overall sense of calm and well-being. No previous yoga experience is necessary.
